Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clear expectations and high-quality service.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone, website, or other approved booking methods.
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Severe weather
-
Equipment failure
-
Safety concerns
-
Unexpected delays
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee up to $50.
Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment location may also result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must inform us of any pre-existing damage before services begin.
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches
-
Paint defects
-
Rock chips
-
Loose trim
-
Failing clear coat
We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles that may present risk of damage due to their condition.
6. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

Lost items
-
Damaged personal belongings
-
Items left in the vehicle
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours so we may address the issue.
We reserve the right to reinspect and correct the service before issuing any refund.
8. Weather Policy
As a mobile service, weather conditions may impact our ability to perform services.
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Rain

Snow
-
Extreme temperatures
-
Unsafe working conditions
9. Service Limitations
Some conditions may not be fully correctable through detailing services alone.
Examples include:

Permanent stains

Etched water spots
-
Deep scratches
-
Paint failure
-
Odor caused by severe contamination
Our services aim to improve the vehicle's condition, but cannot guarantee complete restoration in all cases.
10. Liability
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage caused by:

Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Improper aftermarket installations
-
Faulty paintwork
-
Worn or fragile interior components
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if:

The vehicle condition poses risk

The working environment is unsafe

The customer behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner
12. Service Area
Our mobile detailing services are provided within our designated service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
13. Changes to Terms
Black Diamonds Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
